Join Our Team! – Tractor Sales Representative
SR1 Equipment is an employee-owned company seeking a motivated Tractor Sales Representative to join our growing team! We are located at 485 Main St, Orono, ME 04473 and specialize in TYM tractors, XCMG heavy equipment, and a variety of attachments.
We are looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals with a passion for equipment sales. Previous sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to digital leads
- Assist walk-in customers with their equipment needs
- Take photos and create engaging online ads
- Keep the lot and showroom neat and organized
- Coordinate deliveries for customers without trailers
- Attach and detach implements as needed
- Help customers load and secure their new tractors
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with smartphones and computers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid business acumen
Schedule (5-day workweek):
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM (one set weekday off)
- Saturday: 8 AM – 3 PM
- Sunday: OFF
