What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports Dealership General Manager position at SR1 Powersports?
SR1 Companies is excited to announce our acquisition of All Seasons Powersports in Epsom NH. We are in search of an experienced General Manager to lead this powersports-focused store. There are 6 amazing team members already in place and we are looking for the right leader to help take the business to the next level.
Duties will consist of but not limited to:
Ensure exceptional customer service experiences for our customers
Cultivate a positive and productive work environment for the staff
Inventory management and some purchasing duties
Trade valuations
Hiring, training, and ongoing coaching
Keep the dealership in full compliance with all regulations (Finance, HR, etc)
Work with CEO to set and achieve goals for the store
Requirements:
Previous dealership management experience
Exceptional people skills
Strong mechanical knowledge and knowledge of powersports
Excellent smart phone and computer proficiency
Highly Organized
Ability to multitask and handle fast pace and stressful situations
Good business knowledge
Good finance knowledge
Schedule:
Store will be open M-F 9-5 and Saturdays 9-2
Flexible on schedule for this role dependent on skills, experience, and pay.
Pay:
$100,000 - $180,000 /yr dependent on skills, experience, and schedule
