The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, data science, or impact evaluation, and will be able to apply their expertise to drive meaningful change in education, agriculture, health equity, and community development.
Key Skills
- Expertise in data analysis, data science, or impact evaluation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/statistical language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
- Experience with data storytelling, impact evaluation, and community-based metrics.
- Ability to work independently and take projects from idea to implementation.
- Passion for education equity, community transformation, and/or agricultural sustainability.
