Seeking Multilingual Educators for SR1 CPSA
Location: Madison and Scott Counties, Mississippi
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Volunteer, Contract
Starting Pay:
Contract Positions: $15.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on certifications and education.
Full-Time Positions: $35,000 to $55,000 annually, with benefits, based on certifications and education.

Role:
As a Multilingual Educator, you will support limited/non-English speaking Hispanic/Latino students, providing academic and social skills instruction, translation services, and fostering cultural appreciation. You will also assist non-English speaking families with enrollment and participation in SR1's programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree for Director positions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing degree preferred for Educator roles.
- Non-degree educators with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and cultural competency skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends.
- Willingness to pass state and federal background checks.
- Ability to provide virtual education if needed.
Job Requirements:
- Assist K-12 students during in-school and out-of-school hours.
- Recruit and retain Hispanic/Latino students for college prep services.
- Provide culturally respectful services and translation for ELL families.
- Support academic and social growth, encourage parental involvement, and engage in community service.
