Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives and innovative media content. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, including digital media, branding, events, lead generation, digital marketing, and content creation, who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Assist in producing creative content, including creating and editing videos and graphics for our website, social media channels, and other marketing platforms.
• Support the creative team in brainstorming and developing new ideas for campaigns and content that engage our target audience.
• Coordinate, film and edit company podcasts.
• Identify ways to repurpose and distribute content.
  
  

Social Media Assistance

• Work independently with a social media expert depending on the brand to update social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to enhance our presence.
• Film and post in-house content.
• Identify trends for one-off content.
  
  

Coordination

• Review inbox for urgent emails and reply as needed
• Identify important tasks and assign to team members
• Attend meetings and coordinate tasks
• Own and organize all marketing files.
  
  

Project Support

• Provide logistical and administrative support for various marketing projects, including events, digital, scheduling, coordinating resources, and maintaining project timelines.
• Assist in organizing and archiving digital assets and creative resources.
• Support the marketing team in ensuring the website is up to date and conducting audits of marketing materials regularly.
  
  

Research And Analysis

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, new tools, and emerging media technologies and make suggestions.
• Assist in analyzing the performance of media campaigns and content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Marketing experience
• A portfolio showcasing creative work, including any combination of graphics, videos, and written content.
• Proficiency in digital media software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Extremely high organizational skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
