Job Description
- Process weekly and monthly invoices for each benefit vendor, including bi-weekly FSA and HSA contributions.
- Assist with open enrollment meetings and process open enrollment changes.
- Process new hire and mid-year benefit changes.
- Update benefit vendor portals with any new enrollments or changes due to qualifying events.
- Coordinate with Payroll regarding benefit deductions or adjustments impacting payroll and provide biweekly reporting.
- Coordinate and update HRIS with various employee changes (i.e., address changes, name changes, etc.).
- Conduct I-9 verifications and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Process employee onboarding and terminations in HRIS.
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling lunch and learns/webinars.
- Participate in special/annual projects as requested by Human Resources Group.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong preference for a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in human resources (or related field); will consider candidates with 1 years of prior successful human resources experience.
- 1-4 years of related human resources experience.
- Experience in benefits (insurance plans, COBRA, ACA) preferred.
- Experience in leaves of absence (FMLA, worker’s compensation, etc.) and onboarding a plus.
- Possess a strong foundation of skills and demonstrates consistent commitment to quality/creativity in work.
- Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- MS Office skills including strong Excel knowledge.
- Ability to adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters requiring discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships.
- Self-motivated team player with good conflict-resolution skills; committed to personal growth and integrity aligned with SRF’s objectives.
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,500
