Looking for Office Manager
Working from a large home-office, located in Jacksonville Beach, we are running an internationally active, industrial goods related, manufacturer rep agency.
I require full-time assistance (on an hourly, contractor-based arrangement) a few days working at our office, with the balance of the days working remotely. I am a bit flexible and need the ideal candidate to be as well.
The ideal candidate will have spent several years in running/organizing/assisting a busy small to medium sized, sales organization.
I am searching for someone detail-oriented, sharp, trustworthy and diligent, with some accounting/book-keeping experience incl. assistance with creating spread sheets for corporate and personal tax files.
Strong, updated software skills including Excel (incl extensive working experience in creating and maintaining Excel based data bases), Word, Office, order processing and other data entry, and very good communication skills required. There will also be occasional inventory/light warehouse work required.
- College degree and willingness to submit to background check expected.

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative support.
- Manage customer and vendor relationships, including budgeting and procurement.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings, utilizing calendar management and communication skills.
- Assist with sales data management, bookkeeping and payroll tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and financial reporting.
