SRG Global is seeking you to join our team as a Technical Supervisor in Morehead, KY! This is a 1st shift position.
Your Job
The selected individual will lead and develop a team of technicians to execute strategy, advance plant, and organizational goals/ vision. If you have mechanical aptitude and a passion for developing people and driving transformation, we’d like to learn more about you!
What you Will do in Your Role
- Partner with the production and maintenance teams to meet daily customer demand
- Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance
- Lead performance management and corrective action processes
- Authorize corrective and preventative actions in response to system nonconformances
- Maintain and implement work orders and preventative maintenance
- Improve labor and scrap coming from processing of parts
- Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical, Injection Molding and/or maintenance experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in the automotive industry
- Bachelor of degree in Engineering or technical certification in related field
