Aircraft Mechanic

A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Technician

Salary : $35 / hour (depending on experience)

Location : Dallas, TX 75235

Industry : Aviation

Shifts : Various Shifts Available; 1st shift is M-F, 6am-2 : 30pm

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• Minimum 5 years' general aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated experience.
• Experience on Corporate jets preferred
• Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
• MUST own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.
• Ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled workdays and holidays
• Ability to work in seasonal / inclement weather outside
• Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA)
• Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required
• Possess basic PC skills
