What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Case Manager position at SRG?
Attention RN's! We are looking for RN Case Managers to help our leading hospice company here in the Brainerd area.
We are looking for either experienced RN Case Managers, or RNs looking for a change.... If you are working at a clinic or working in a hospital and would like stable hours--- we should chat. If you are currently working home health and only getting paid when you complete visits and WANT A FULL SALARY--- we should chat!
We offer great flexibility for our team members. START YOUR DAY AT HOME AND END YOUR DAY AT HOME.
After 3 months, you qualify for a COMPANY CAR!
You handle 12-15 cases at a time, but it is end of life care so you must be able to handle the emotions that go with end of life.
