What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP of Manufacturing Quality (Medical Device) position at SRG?
SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time, permanent VP of Manufacturing Quality to join our client’s Medical Device manufacturing team. This role oversees supplier quality and manufacturing, nationally and internationally.
*This is an onsite position with multiple potential location options in the northeast or west coast; to be discussed during screening.
Qualifications:
- Sr Director ( 30 yrs) or VP level experience at a large medical device company
- Oversight of large capital equipment (i.e. imaging systems, beds, etc.) - REQUIRED
- Supplier Quality experience
- Managing teams of 100 people reporting up to them
- Degree in Engineering, able to oversee technical engineers
- Experience managing manufacturing operational excellence
- Motivational and innovative personality
Responsibilities:
- Management of multiple sites, locally and globally
- Work directly with suppliers
- Manage manufacturing operational excellence
- Process review and remediation
- Create new processes and procedures for the growth and excellence of the manufacturing process
