currently serving all healthcare-related end markets with both Healthcare Laundry Services as well as Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions. Job Summary : We are currently looking for a Client Relations Manager, at our Chattanooga, TN Healthcare Laundry facility.

- Drive client retention and satisfaction by providing field-based services and functioning as the primary “account owner” of assigned accounts.
- Drive client retention, satisfaction and expansion through the following activities : o Higher level relationship development o Business review presentations o Participation of customer facility tours o Utilization reviews for financial analysis and savings opportunities o Expansion of SRI Healthcare product and service offerings. o Market analyses to include target penetration and use of sales reports o Account Planning
- Increase product penetration within existing accounts by executing existing sales planning or through identifying larger sales opportunities.
- Call and visit customers to present and promote products and build relationships at all levels of the customer.
- Perform RSP pack management at account which includes OR observation, analysis and recommendations to improve OR efficiencies and financial impact for both the customer and SRI Healthcare.
- Execution of in-services, utilization reviews and business reviews as determined by the client and / or the Company.
- Negotiate contract renewals.
- A Sell and assist with business implementation of new accounts (paperwork, invoices, delivery schedules, sales process debrief, etc.).
- Advise and assist customers and in-house personnel, providing technical expertise.
- Provide mentoring and training to Account Service Representative for areas of responsibilities to include management of customer inventory including par levels and product rotation, assist with ordering as needed, product return, loss, and credit follow up as appropriate.
- Act as the escalation point and provide leadership for complex customer service issues, to include product complaints and service deviations, by partnering with team members to arrive at a positive resolution and address process issues to avoid future repetition.
- Logistics coordination with facility and client.
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Maintain Salesforce.com account records and related records, including entering Cases for assigned accounts.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned. Job Requirements :
- A minimum of two years’ experience and exposure to the operating room environment in a clinical or sales capacity or preferably familiar with several functional areas within OR.
- Proven customer relationship development / management skills required.
- Clinical exposure with an emphasis on OR process / product / procedure experience is preferred.
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and develop corresponding solutions.
- Ability to uncover and anticipate customer needs and identify sales opportunities through day to day conversations with key clients.
- Excellent people skills with an emphasis on the ability to listen and effectively communicate with potential customers about product and application.
Apply the principles and methods of persuasive speaking, discussion and debate.
Ability to understand and work with practical geometry such as circumference and properties of pairs of angles.
Must be willing and able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to the work environment.
PPE may include gloves, liquid proof gowns, and face protection.
