currently serving all healthcare-related end markets with both Healthcare Laundry Services as well as Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions. Job Summary : We are currently looking for a Team Lead Driver at our Chattanooga, TN Healthcare Laundry facility.

We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills.

• Perform job tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Partner with Lease Company on equipment maintenance.
• Provide leadership to drivers to ensure they meet or exceed goals.
• Assist in scheduling work flow and manpower to prevent excessive over time.
• Must have working knowledge of all routes.
• Able to take over routes during employee vacations, emergencies and call outs.
• Keep up-to-date written instructions for all routes.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods improvement.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Responsible for conducting on going and yearly recurrent training.
• Conduct new hire training
• Periodic checks of trucks for necessary equipment.
• Accurately complete all required documentation.
• Responsible for collecting and maintaining files for all required paperwork.
• Assist in projects and tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate all related activities associated with drivers, routes, times and service issues to management.
• Communicate any additional requests from customer to driver.
• Review daily performance of drivers through GPS and Driver Logs to insure routes are run efficiently. Job Requirements :
• CDL License, clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work on different assignments within the facility.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Able to push / pull loaded carts of hospital supplies (weighing up to 400 pounds) on and off truck and to designated areas of the hospital.
• Self-motivated.
• Service-oriented with customer-focused attitude.

• Administer constructive counseling as needed Education :
