Job Title: Support Manager

Job Description:
- Associate's degree
- At least 3 years of experience supporting engineering activities and/or automotive or diesel mechanic experience
- Prior hands on automotive/diesel experience working with step based published diagnostics
- System familiarization with International provided systems (both dealer facing and internal content development)
- Microsoft familiarization (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Comprehends dealer facing step-based diagnostics
- Willingness to get to the root cause of the problem
- Willingness to identify problems while also proposing solutions
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, or chat
- Wanting to make a difference and challenge the process
- Being well organized and tracking identified items inside a repository
Possible activities (Focusing on horizon product 2017 Engine EPA and newer);
- Review published material letters (AFC's, FSC's, Safety Recalls) to have matched our Manual Engine & Truck/Bus procedures if applicable
- Review all MSI materials on 2017 Engine EPA to check for consistency, accuracy, and gaps (A26's, S13, ZE, 6.6L, PSI, Cummins)
- Review all A26, S13, and ZE fault codes that are missing or lead to creating a case file
- Review iKNow article content to check for unneeded articles based on the procedure duplication (old iKNow article or incorrect iKNow article) to recommend retirement of content
