Description of Role:
SRI Telecom is seeking an Operations Coordinator/Data Analyst to support technical issue resolution, data analysis, and operational process improvements at Comcast. This role involves coordinating information flow with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies while managing claims, documentation, and compliance. The position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration across multiple departments.
Tasks
- investigate and resolve escalated technical and operational issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and process improvements.
- Manage documentation, claims, and compliance with municipal, state, and federal agencies.
- Oversee credit and collections processes, including tracking outstanding balances, coordinating with third-party collection agencies, and ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, etc.) and external partners to ensure contract fulfillment and recovery efforts.
- Track financial transactions, reconcile invoices, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and collection efforts.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Responsibilities
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage documentation, ensure accuracy, and meet compliance standards.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm or 9am to 6pm
