are required by the Microcircuit Emulation Center at SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) to support the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) program, the Microcircuit Emulation Center (MEC) supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. This capability supports production, redesign, and sustainment requirements for the life of a weapon system. SRI’s Microcircuit Emulation Center is a government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. These roles will be based on-site at our Princeton, NJ location.

Responsibilities
- Design, simulation and verification of digital and/or analog circuits
- VHDL/Verilog design, synthesis, and verification of complex logic
- Design and verification of analog circuits, including OpAmps, Comparators and Regulators
- Back-end database modification/creation of part measured data and layout artifacts
- For both level 1 and 2 positions training will be provided through an internal peer network and scheduled classes as required.
- Minimum BS in computer or Electrical Engineering; or Associates degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years related experience
- Interest in learning or understanding of CAD tools (Schematic entry, layout, DRC, LVS, etc.)
- College classes or experience with design, simulation and verification using schematic capture, SPICE simulation, HDL modeling and verification
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (green card holder)
- Must be able to work on site at SRI office in Princeton, NJ

Salary : $68,346 - $102,312
