SRI International is looking for a Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Analyst to work on-site at our Princeton, NJ facility. Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Management is essential support to maintain the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits) at SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) program, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. This capability supports production, re-design and sustainment requirements for the life of a weapon system.

Responsibilities
- Will complete ESD training provided by SRI prior to handling any product
- Vendor and Customer shipments – prepares product, appropriate paperwork and updates all applicable databases
- Vendor Receipts – visual inspections, verifies product assembly and/or test requirements, distributes product to required areas and updates all applicable databases
- Will perform electrical testing of microcircuits as needed
- Generates vendor RFQ’s and purchase requisitions
- Processes customer RFQ’s and purchase orders
- Provides customer service support:
- Obtains technical specifications/requirements
- Interfaces with Government and customers
- Purchase order discrepancies
- Meet scheduled commitments
- Minimum HS graduate or equivalent required
- Familiarity with Government Standards Mil Prf 38535, Mil Std 129 and Mil Std 883 desired
- Prior experience performing shipping and receiving or inventory management or related
- Microsoft Office required, prior database experience is critical
- Customer service experience
- Due to government client requirements candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving and/or inventory management in a semiconductor or microcircuit manufacturing environment
- Ability to multi-task with attention to details, reliable, and work well in fast paced environment
- Ability to analyze, solve problems, communicate in a professional environment
- Demonstrates organizational skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and follow specific workflow instructions
