Job Summary:
Picker/Packers assist with filling orders in a warehouse setting. They help manage the warehouse, inventory, and package goods as part of the supply chain staff. The Picker/Packer is part of the warehouse staff and works in conjunction with other supply chain management professionals by assisting with the distribution of retail goods. Forklift experience is a plus. Warehouse Picker / Packers will be asked to operate a manlift. Training will be provided.
Full - Time and Part - Time Position
The Warehouse Picker/Packer is an entry/intermediate level position within the supply chain professional structure.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for varied daily tasks that may include:

- Pulls and packs product based on daily order needs
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
- Reports problems to supervisor / management to mitigate quality and safety issues
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout a warehouse environment
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes (30 lbs. or more) and accessing high shelves by manlift or similar equipment
- Must possess the ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Education and Experience:
- No job related experience required
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
This is an in person position at SRI's distribution center in Billings, Montana.
