Location: Remote Position (Open to Strong Candidates in WA & OR)
Pay: $70,000 Base Uncapped Commission (OTE $250K )
Car Allowance: $600/month Fuel & Business Expense Reimbursement
Shift: Full-Time, Flexible

Brief Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Sales Professional to drive sales of aesthetic laser technology in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for a hunter and road warrior with existing relationships in plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spas. Job Description:

• Prospect & Develop new medical/aesthetic customers within the assigned territory.
• Leverage Industry Connections to build and grow a client base in plastics, dermatology, and med spas.
• Identify Decision-Makers and assess their buying process for capital equipment.
• Conduct High-Volume Lead Generation through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and meetings.
• Educate & Consult clients on cutting-edge aesthetic laser technology.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams for product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Work Independently & Travel within the territory for sales meetings and events.

Requirements:

✅ 2 years of B2B sales experience required (Capital Equipment, Medical Device, or Durable Medical Equipment sales preferred).
✅ Strong industry network in plastics, dermatology, or med spas is a must.
✅ Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
✅ Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently, travel within the territory, and attend industry events.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
✅ Hunter mentality – self-motivated, driven, and eager to win.
✅ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
