We’re looking for a hands-on Field Safety Instructor to join our safety and operations team! In this role, you'll play a key part in onboarding and training new drivers, conducting skill assessments, leading remedial training, and promoting a strong safety culture across the fleet.
What You’ll Do:
Field Safety Instructor – CDL Trainer
- Conduct onboarding, safety orientation, and ongoing driver training
- Perform driving skill assessments and coach CDL drivers on best practices
- Provide accident root cause analysis and safety refreshers
- Serve as a resource to terminal staff and operations on DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Travel to terminals as needed for training delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CDL (or ability to obtain one)
- 2 years of recent CDL driving experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Passion for safety and helping others succeed
