Position: Application/Solution Architect (SageMaker)

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the Data Science user community and the Model Development Platform team.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to guide platform users and maintainers towards effective Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Model Development Lifecycle, effectively communicating with Data Scientists and platform maintainers to direct them towards appropriate ML and AI solutions.
- Evaluate AI/ML tools for enterprise readiness, collaborating with Data Scientists to conduct experiments and load testing during the evaluation phase.
- Work closely with Data Scientists to understand their needs and provide infrastructure and tools that streamline model development and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Technologies:
- Proficiency in Model Development Lifecycle stages: Data Preparation, Training, Evaluation, Hosting, and Monitoring.
- Strong SageMaker exerience.
- An architect who has SageMaker and understand how to Optimize, Add Features and suggest alternative uses of the platform.
- Ability to explain high level concepts of the use of SageMaker to the team.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: Supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with core AWS services: SageMaker, CloudFormation, Lambda Functions, IAM.
- Familiarity with additional AWS services: DynamoDB, Glue.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python.
Preferred:
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist certification.
