Role: DevOps Systems Engineer
DURATION- 1 year plus
Location: This is a remote position, but candidates residing in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia will be given first preference,

Our direct client is seeking a DevOps Systems Engineer for a long-term consulting engagement.
You will need, 10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years experience in backend administration/engineering of DevOps tools
Must Have hands on backend Administration skills (patching, upgrading, migrating, etc..) with Cloudbees, BitBucket, Sonar, Artifactory. Resume must highlight actual experience for one or more of these tools.
Must have current and hands-on skills with installation, upgrading, patching and routine maintenance of Cloudbees CI, SonarQube, Artifactory
Hands on with Python, Shell scripting
Linux administration enough to carry on the above tasks.
Windows administration enough to carry on the above tasks.
Wide breadth knowledge of development and testing best DevSecOps practices.
Working knowledge of Data Dog. Must have listed more than just worked with Datadog. Must have specific examples.
Outstanding knowledge in Continuous Integration (CI), Testing (CT), Security and deployment (CD) concepts. Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Linux certification (current or prior) desirable
Windows Administrator certification (current or prior) desirable
