Job Title: Senior Data Scientist (12 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, big data technologies, and a proven track record of delivering impactful insights in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data acquisition and pre-processing to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms, predictive models, and statistical analyses to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to validate hypotheses and improve business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Communicate complex data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• 12 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical analysis.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
