- Technical Expertise:
- 10 years of experience in application design, development, and architecture, preferably in education or enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise-level solutions.
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies, including Java, Python, APIs, and containerization platforms like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Project Management:
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other methodologies to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring system continuity and performance.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in system integrations and data migrations.
- Education and Data Governance:
- Understanding of data governance principles and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of student data.
- Familiarity with SIS, LMS, and other educational technologies.
- Software Architecture and Development
- Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with SIS and LMS integration.
- Technical Proficiency
- Cloud-based architectures and services (AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Project Leadership and Management
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Data Governance and Security
- Knowledge of FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR.
