Position Summary
Collaborates with business process owners and technology teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Responsible for system configuration, documentation, training, project execution, issue resolution, and change management.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with business teams to define requirements and implement system solutions.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and resolve end-user support requests.
Manage and execute test plans to validate business requirements.
Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Prioritize and schedule change requests within ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in Finance or Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
Experience in system configuration, process mapping, and integrations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
