Position Title: Oracle TRCS Consultant
Location: Houston, Texas. (hybrid)

Client: Accenture

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle TRCS for tax provisioning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Develop tax data models, rules, and calculations to support deferred and current tax reporting.
• Build data integrations between Oracle TRCS and source systems (ERP, FCCS, data warehouses).
• Design and deploy tax dashboards, data forms, and Smart View
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax close cycles, ensuring compliance with ASC 740 and related standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues during the tax reporting cycle.
• Provide user training and documentation.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with Oracle TRCS, Oracle EPM Cloud, or related tools.
• Strong understanding of tax provisioning, deferred tax, and effective tax rate calculations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Management, Smart View, and Financial Reports.
• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS tax reporting requirements and ASC 740.
• Ability to interpret and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• CPA or background in tax accounting is a plus.
