- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with client goals and market trends
- Work with stakeholders to set short-term and long-term objectives
- Prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback
- Own and manage the product backlog
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Continuously groom and reprioritize the backlog
- Collaborate with UX/UI, developers, BAs, and QA teams
- Provide guidance to the development team on priorities and feature details
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Leverage knowledge in wealth management, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
