Looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver/Companion/Activities Assistant to work with children with special needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in ABA therapy, special education, or related fields.
Location: Bee Cave , Near Hill Country Galleria
Schedule Options:
- Monday – Friday : 7AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
(Flexible based on mutual availability on weekdays and weekends)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and/or serve meals and snacks.
Assist with household tasks such as dishes, laundry, and light cleaning.
Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene as needed.
Clean , Mop, sanitize bathroom and living areas for a clean environment.
Engage with children , assisting with school activities and structured play.
Implement planned activities, including puzzles and interactive tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experience with children, especially those with special needs (preferred but not required).
✅ Patient, responsible, and energetic.
✅ Interested in a career in caregiving.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving and personal assistance, particularly with children.
- Strong skills in patient observation and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Knowledge of first aid and safety protocols.
- Experience in home and community care, including cleaning and cooking.
- Familiarity with group home and nursing home environments is a plus.
- Relevant background in long-term care or social work is advantageous.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
