Job Title: HR Platform Architect
*Candidates must be able to relocate to either Salisbury, NC or Carlisle, MA* - remote for the first 2 months
Location: Onsite 50% once they convert. Would take relo candidates

- HR Domain experience as Platform Architect
- Consultative personality, influential, understands how to communicate with business and IT, understands how to sell solutions
- Comes from an ABAP Development background
- Are any of them flexible?
- Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
He/she is responsible for:
- Interaction with Enterprise Architects, Product Cluster Architects and Tech Leads to ensure
- architectural compliance with the business and tech strategy and target enterprise architecture
- Setting up and maintaining technology roadmaps for his/her platform
- Ensuring that product architecture meets business requirements
- Knowledge leader on the various technological components work together to deliver the desired functionality, the roadmap (technical and business) for the platform
- Interaction with the key business domains to ensure business/ technology alignment.
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, reference models, guidelines, and patterns relevant to your area of responsibility. Collaborate with the architecture governance team to ensure these standards remain current and aligned with organizational needs.
