Job Title: Java Developer
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid: On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Note: Local candidates only (no relocation available)
Key Hard Skills Required:
- CI/CD Pipeline: Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Maven, Gradle, JUnit/Mockito, and Cucumber.
- Java 8 Technologies: Expertise in multithreading, collections, generics, and lambdas.
- Spring Framework: Proficient with Spring Core, MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
- Frontend Technologies: Solid experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Angular 9 .
- Web Services: Strong knowledge of SOAP/XML and REST API/JSON (GraphQL is a nice-to-have).
- Database Skills: Expertise in RDBMS, SQL, and performance tuning of SQL queries.
Job Focus:
- Core application development in Spring Framework and Java 8.
- Web services and database management will also be central to this role.
