o Experience in backend .NET work mostly with WebAPI on .NET Core is super important.
o Experience with DDD (Domain Driven Design) in an API is a bonus, but not required.
Experience in any kind of public cloud is a bonus: AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with CI/CD is good, but not a hard requirement.
o Azure DevOps experience is a bonus.

Job Description
Net developer mid to senior level This role will be 99% BackEnd developer.
.NET experience more specifically .NET Core (.NET 5 )
o Experience in backend .NET work mostly with WebAPI on .NET Core is super important.
o Experience with DDD (Domain Driven Design) in an API is a bonus, but not required.
Experience in any kind of public cloud is a bonus: AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with CI/CD is good, but not a hard requirement.
o Azure DevOps experience is a bonus.
Microservice experience is not a hard requirement, but it is up there on my list of importance.
o Bonus for anybody that has experience breaking down monolith systems into Microservices.
Proven track record of working independently in a distributed team environment.
o I am a hands-off lead. Meaning, I trust my engineers to do the work that is assigned to them without much hand holding (outside of typical questions and help). Our project moves quickly, so I need somebody that will be mindful of that. My team is comprised of both hybrid and remote engineers, so communication is important to me.
