Job Title: Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. You will help ensure the quality and functionality of MasterCard systems through both automated and manual testing. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to improve processes and deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
- Perform automated and manual testing to ensure software quality.
- Work with development teams to identify and manage testing risks.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like story pointing and elaboration sessions.
- Review project schedules and provide updates on testing progress.
- Mentor junior team members and help improve testing practices.
- Manage defect resolution and collaborate with external testing services.
- Continuously improve testing processes and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
- Experience in test automation and API testing.
- Familiar with Agile and continuous integration practices.
- Experience with Spring Framework, SoapUI Pro, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and Jenkins.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL).
- Experience with Java and object-oriented development is a plus.
