- JavaScript, ServiceNow REST APIs
- ITAM, ITRM,ITSM - Modules
- How to bring ITAM to CMDB
- Merging environments, integration and implementation
- Developing some new to ingest from multiple ways
- 70% customizations
- Flow, flow designer - sometimes they use this
- CSM, IT Service
- CSDM (want to use eventually)
- Some CMDB, HAM, SAM
- Success looks like
- Understand the lay of land of cap one
- Pros and cons of decisions - need support
