We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions to optimize procurement and supply chain processes. The role requires expertise in SAP Ariba modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Contract Management, Sourcing, and Spend Analysis.
Role Title: SAP Ariba Consultant
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Extendable)
Location: Mostly Remote (Travel once a month – Expense Paid)
Contract: W2
Pay range: $90-$100/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze procurement and sourcing needs.
- Lead SAP Ariba integration with ERP systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on Ariba modules such as Buying and Invoicing, Contracts, Sourcing, and Supplier Management.
- Support end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage supplier enablement and onboarding within the Ariba Network.
- Train end users and provide ongoing support & troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba cloud solutions and integration with SAP ERP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules like P2P, SLP, Sourcing, and Contracts.
- Expertise in SAP Ariba Network and Supplier Collaboration.
- Experience with SAP Ariba API integration and middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Ariba certification (e.g., Ariba Procurement, Ariba Sourcing).
- Experience with S/4HANA Procurement integration.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SRM, or other procurement-related modules.
- Experience in supplier onboarding and e-procurement strategies.
The role involves working with suppliers to ensure successful onboarding and enablement on the SAP Ariba Network. This position requires hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement processes and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
