We are seeking a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator.
Description Of Responsibilities
- Ensure that employees are paid timely and accurately
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and cancellations
- Ensure that the appropriate benefit deductions are reflected correctly in the payroll system
- Conduct benefits and payroll reconciliation on a quarterly basis
- Administer FAMLI leave
- Manage the annual open enrollment
- Other HR administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service by answering employee questions in a timely fashion
- Make recommendations to streamline existing processes and improve work efficiency
- Help ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-year general payroll experience
- 1-year benefits experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Effective planning, organization and time management skills and experience
- Attention to detail; must process things accurately in a timely fashion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Human Resources, Accounting or related 2 or 4 year degree preferred
- Experience managing multi-state payroll
- Experience with Microsoft D365
