What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local construction and aggregates market
Build and maintain customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions
Represent SRM Concrete with a polished, service-focused approach
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
Track market trends, job site activity, and competitor offerings
Support senior sales reps and learn on the job through real-world experience
