What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A or B CDL-Mixer Operator position at SRM Concrete?
We are seeking engaged, driven individuals with an active CDL license to join our team of Mixer Operators at SRM Concrete.
As a Mixer Operator, your primary responsibility is to safely operate and maintain concrete mixer trucks while delivering high-quality concrete to a variety of commercial and residential job sites. You’ll be the face of SRM Concrete at customer locations, so providing exceptional customer service is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products.
Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to residential and commercial sites while maintaining a courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public.
Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required.
Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries.
Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A or B license.
Current DOT Medical Card.
Proven safe driving record.
Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions.
No unexplained gaps in employment history.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
