Plant Supervisor (Night Shift)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as our Night Shift Plant Supervisor at our Smyrna, TN Quarry. This role is essential to maintaining the safe functionality and efficient operation of the Quarry as well as  overseeing all operations including coordinating production and monitoring all site systems.   Key Roles & Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operation of the site Craft and maintain a proactive maintenance and equipment rejuvenation program, minimizing operational downtime Evaluate current operational processes and systems to identify and implement improvement measures that enhance operational effectiveness  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Excellent time management and organizational skills  Strong leadership skills  Strong work ethic  Highly motivated with a positive attitude  Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team in a professional and collaborative manner  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  Strong attention to detail Qualifications: Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to [specific weight] pounds. Strong work ethic and team player attitude. Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred but not required. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and perform a wide range of physical activities. Basic mechanical skills are a plus. Must adhere to all safety guidelines and wear provided personal protective equipment at all times. Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
