We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our finance team at SRM Concrete. The Treasury Analyst actively supports treasury operations, including time-sensitive and actionable analysis to support project financing/investments. You will also be responsible for creating reports or presentations for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Forecast cash flow and analyze variances.
• Execute wire transfers and bank reconciliations.
• Support risk management strategies.
• Assist in treasury system implementation and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Providing insight to the treasury manager on daily cash/banking activities to identify continuous improvements to our processes.
• Supporting in a wide range of Treasury related administrative and operative tasks contributing to smooth daily operations. Including supporting company credit cards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting.
• CFA or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is a plus.
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Familiarity with treasury management systems.
• Analytical mindset & attention to detail.
• Communication skills (for working with banks & internal teams).
• Understanding of GAAP or IFRS, depending on the region.
