Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITAM and CMDB.
• Utilize advanced JavaScript and Glide scripting to build Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and other configurations.
• Implement and manage the asset lifecycle, including data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment.
• Build and maintain integrations with 3rd party systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Perform data transformation and ETL processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of asset and configuration data through robust design and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing scripts, and continuously improve platform performance.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, XML, and REST APIs.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and ETL within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with best practices for configuration management and asset data governance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
