Facilities Technicians SRO Housing Facilities Technicians perform work of average to considerable difficulty in the journey-level performance of building maintenance. Responsibilities : Electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, plumbing and painting; Identifying and correcting building and equipment problems; Preventing the degradation of SRO Housing properties and systems; Minor plumbing and carpentry; Prepare for and perform property inspections. Requirements : Five years of painting and drywall installation / repair, 2 years’ experience in building operations and maintenance (e.g. electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) Valid CA driver license; High school diploma or Equivalent life experience.
