The Acquisition Intern will support our acquisition team by assisting with research, data analysis, and project-based tasks. This is a great opportunity for students seeking hands-on experience in the real estate and finance industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and compile data relevant to real estate acquisitions
- Assist with data entry and organize information in Excel
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking properties
- Draft and send letters as needed
- Help develop and manage a real estate database
- Support the team with various project-based work
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in real estate or finance is a plus
- 5 GPA or higher
- Strong business writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to organize and analyze data effectively
- Independent worker with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
