Hiring range: Min: $22.05 - Mid: $25.94 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential members. Credit Union services are to be promoted using the "member benefit-based approach".
- Fully complies with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and OFAC Policies.
- Interacts with members and other staff regarding ATM, Debit Card, and Credit Card processes such as researching and resolving problems, procedures, member and machine outages, and authorization issues.
- Monitors and verifies all daily, weekly,y and monthly reports for possible fraud or other potential problems and provides monthly statistical reports to management.
- Coordinates resolution of ATM, Debit Card, and Credit Card activity and charges daily and makes general ledger entries.
- Research and track ATM outages between ATM processor and network, make corresponding journal entries, and contact branch personnel concerning their resolutions.
- Verifies information on Credit Card applications and performs file maintenance as needed.
- Charges back incorrect Credit Card charges with processors and makes necessary journal entries.
- Performs research in the investigation of Debit Card and Credit Card fraud and dispute cases, Node failures, members’ inquiries, and vendors’ inquiries and takes appropriate action.
- Verifies validity of adjustment items and posts them.
- Refunds credit balances on credit Card accounts in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Resolves over-limit credit card account problems and coordinates deliquesces and collections with Recovery Specialists.
- Maintains vault inventory, and logistics of cardstock delivery, and provides branch support for the Instant Issue card process.
- Handles all Debit Card, and Credit Card return mail, and performs appropriate maintenance.
- May be assigned other tasks by appropriate line supervision.
