Hiring Range: Minimum $ 49,423.00 Mid $ 58,145.00 annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of products, services and pricing, service setup documentation, operating systems, and data transmissions, file formats and protocols used for the set up and support of all SRP Business Deposit Products, Treasury Management products and services, Merchant Processing and Business Online Banking.
- Responsible for initial client onboarding, set up, and servicing as defined above.
- Assist SBDO, Commercial Lender,s and Member Experience Team in identifying additional client needs and offering/providing additional products and services.
- Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their specific needs, asking questions to gain deeper understanding, and seamlessly guide them to where their financial needs can be met
- Provide follow-up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues
- Be responsive and timely with correspondence to keep lines of communication open and clear
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
- Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential Credit Union services are to be promoted using the "member benefit-based approach".
- Fully complies with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC Policies.
- Partner effectively with all areas of the organization to reach strategic
- Actively engage in meaningful community activity to expand potential customer
- Works well within a team environment and collaborates closely with internal partners to deliver member solutions.
- Continually raise market awareness for SRP Federal Credit
- May be assigned other tasks by the appropriate line
- Collaborate with the Business Services team to assist with treasury services and merchant processing setup and servicing.
- Minimum of six years of related experience (Treasury Management, Business Banking, Commercial Lending, Business Client Service); previous banking experience is preferred—reports to Small Business Services Manager.
