What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative (North Augusta, SC) position at SRP Federal Credit Union?
Pre-employment background checks, such as criminal reports, credit reports, and drug tests, will be required. Job offers are contingent on successfully completing all pre-employment background screenings.
Hiring range: Min: $18.75 - Mid: $19.56 per hour
- Represents the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner to members and potential
- Acts as a primary source of product information for member and staff inquiries.
- Fully complies with all SRP Credit Union policies, procedures, guidelines, and service standards,
- Responsible for offering Credit Union products and services. Credit Union services are to be
goals.
- Gathers all necessary information to process memberships, business memberships, and
required for each account in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provides Notary Services for members.
- Successfully meets or exceeds sales and service goals set by management.
- Assists members with fraud, discrepancies or any questions pertaining to their accounts.
- Must be able to perform full teller duties. May act as liaison to help members through the

Physical Demands:
This is largely an active role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, printer, and

lbs. Most work is completed in an office environment. Walking around the branch and addressing
employees and members is required
