CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- The selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Five years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems.
- Five years demonstrated experience with FDOH, HMS or other Clinic Management and/or Electronic Health Record software.
- Five years demonstrated experience with the development of webbased applications utilizing .Net/Java.
- Five years demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management and testing practices.
- Five years demonstrated experience with objectoriented techniques.
- Five years demonstrated experience using SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Three years demonstrated experience with project lead.
Three years demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring
