Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Power BI Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain business intelligence solutions that convert raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Power BI tools, have a strong understanding of data analysis, and be passionate about creating meaningful visualizations. Knowledge of Member enrollment in Payor will be advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Interact with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization and business intelligence needs.
- Report Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Data Integration: Integrate Power BI reports into other applications to enhance business capabilities.
- Custom Visualizations: Create custom visualizations and implement row-level security on data.
- Data Modeling: Build data models and develop dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
- Advanced Calculations: Use advanced level calculations on data sets using DAX functions in Power BI.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot any issues with reports and visualizations.
- Documentation: Document processes and methodologies used in developing BI solutions. Qualifications:
- Should have worked on healthcare project (Payor).
- Experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings.
Skills: Proficiency in Power BI tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create clear and informative visualizations.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data modeling and database management.
