What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Sales Associate position at SRS Distribution Inc.?
CPS , a partner of Heritage Landscape is actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual that is a team player. This full-time position will be responsible for o rder entry at the sales counter with other related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping product, loading trucks, along with some driving as well . Workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. Pay range : $21 and up (depending on experience)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Entering orders at point of sale using the company computer system
- Interacting with customers over the phone, via email and in person
- Order picking / staging
- Replenishment
- Shipping / receiving
- Loading / unloading delivery vehicles
- Delivering product to customers and branch locations
- An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads and strict adherence to DOT / CDL regulations.
- Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
- Other related duties as assigned

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. SRS / Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
