What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non CDL Delivery Driver position at SRS Distribution Inc.?
Fresh Water Farms, a partner of Heritage LSG is actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual that is a team player. This full-time Non CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for order entry at the sales counter with other related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping product, loading trucks, along with some driving as well. Work hours are FLEXIBLE, driving 7 days a week. PART TIME HOURS / DRIVING.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Entering orders at point of sale using the company computer system
- Interacting with customers over the phone, via email and in person
- Order picking / staging
- Replenishment
- Shipping / receiving
- Loading / unloading delivery vehicles
- Delivering product to customers and branch locations
- An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads and strict adherence to DOT / CDL regulations.
- Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
- Other related duties as assigned
