As a Senior Manager, Private Label Technical Services & Analytics, you will be responsible for the support and administration our new and existing private label product lines.
Primary responsibilities:
Working directly with manufacturers and suppliers of our Private Label products, you will be responsible for analytics and technical services of our Private Label branded products, completion and renewals of all applicable building code submissions and approvals, approval of marketing materials, and product support services. You will work with reach Regional Manager and their sales staff ensuring regions meet sales and profit goals, will provide SRS associate and customer training programs as required, conduct on-site sales events, and participate in product shows as needed. And the customer first contact on product inquiries, warranty claims, and operate as the Private Label liaison between customer and manufacturer.

Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Ensures all regional Private Label sales and profit goals are met.
- Work directly with any overseas initiative providing any requested data and product specifications.
- Working with suppliers and/or manufacturing ensure all applicable TopShield products are equipped with any needed code approvals.
- Assists with the development of sales and profit objectives.
- Assist marketing with the development of merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Assist with the development of PL marketing collateral materials, social media, and website.
- Ensure supplier approvals for all customer facing PL materials.
- Manage the exhibits and compliance of all executed Private Label Agreements.
- Product services associated to all Private Label Products.
- Ensure all Regulatory Compliance needs are met for TopShield and related private label products including but not limited to licenses, permits, and any regulatory reporting needs.
- Ensure all SDS documents are available and accurate.
- Generate and provide all requested reports including competitive analysis as requested.
- Monitor the building code processes for all applicable Private Label products.
- Conduct product training programs both locally and on-site as required.
- Become the customer first-contact for product related inquires.
- Work directly with manufacturer and/or product supplier on warranty claims and related inquiries.
- Conduct job-site visits as needed for product related inquiries and warranty claims.
- Participate in branch events and building shows as the Private Label representative.
- Travel as required up to 30% of the time.
- Additional projects as assigned.
To qualify for this position, your background must include:
- Considered subject matter and technical expert.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products especially Excel.
- BS or BA in business or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in product services and product branding.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Strong sales skills are highly desired.
- Capacity to prioritize and multitask while working on several projects simultaneously in an extremely fast paced working environment with a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude with a go-getter mentality, willingness to take on new challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
